SODITIC The Soditic group of companies is a diversified financial services organization active in the fields of investment research, asset management, corporate finance and trade finance. Soditic SA was established in 1971, in Geneva, Switzerland. Its original shareholders were Banca Commerciale Italiana ( Banca Intesa) and Banque de Paris et des Pays Bas ( Paribas). Later, the firm's managing partners became shareholders.

S.G. Warburg & Co. acquired a minority interest in the firm in 1981 and subsequently increased its stake to 50% in 1987 and to 100% in 1990 at which point Soditic became S.G. Warburg Suisse S.A. Following Swiss Bank Corporation's acquisition of S.G. Warburg, Soditic was re-launched in 1995 in partnership with Solomon Smith Barney Citigroup and Mercury Asset Management. Over the years, Soditic repurchased the stakes of its minority shareholders and the group is currently owned by its managing partners.
